Lydia has worked in real estate throughout her career. She gained experience in financing affordable housing and community facilities, overseeing the home-buying mortgage process, and managing commercial real estate investments across the country. She is also an investor who develops profit-maximizing strategies and understands incentives available for homeowners and investors. Since returning home to New Orleans in 2012, Lydia has worked in several public and nonprofit organizations supporting individuals and small businesses.
Lydia earned her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her BBA from Temple University. She is also a proud graduate of St. Mary's Academy, the Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans, and the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute. She is active on the boards or committees of A Shared Initiative, Inc (subsidiary of ASI Federal Credit Union), American Association of University Women, 826 New Orleans (youth writing center), Market Umbrella (Crescent City Farmers Market) and the Sisters of the Holy Family. She is eager to serve residential and commercial clients.
